Coordination of Spain–China operations
Eight services, taken on their own or chained together. Before anything starts, how far each one goes in that particular operation is agreed in writing.
Scope decides: no service is provided by default or taken as included.
The path

No operation needs all eight. The order is the usual one, not a fixed sequence.

Defining requirements
We turn what the buyer needs into a written specification: which product, with which characteristics, and on what terms it will be accepted.

Search and preselection
We identify manufacturers able to meet that specification and hand over a short list, ruling out anyone presenting themselves as a factory without being one.

Requests for information, proposals and samples
We ask every candidate for the same information on the same terms, so that the answers can be read side by side.

Commercial and documentary review
We check identity, licence and the documentation declared for that product and configuration, and put in writing whatever is missing or does not add up.

Verifications or visits
When the operation justifies it and the buyer agrees, the work includes travelling, physically reviewing the product or visiting the premises.

Production follow-up
With the milestones already agreed, we track them and report any drift back to the buyer while manufacturing is still under way.

Documentary and logistics coordination
We organise documentation, deadlines and communications with the external specialists that operation requires, without taking over their role.

Closing and follow-up
We coordinate reception, put on record what was agreed and stay involved while any issues are settled with the manufacturer.

How far each service goes
Saying it here stops anything being assumed that was never agreed.
- Each service is provided within the scope agreed for that operation, and only within it.
- We are not a certification body or a conformity assessment body.
- We do not guarantee the regulatory conformity of any product, and our review does not replace it.
- We have no logistics network, factory network or permanent partners of our own.
- There are no previously executed operations we can put forward as references.
- External specialists are chosen for each operation, according to what that operation calls for.
